Ok then...How's your CARB count? I found this some what hard to digest, but apparently, Reuters Life has reported that eating a diet high in carbohydrates and low on fat helps people lose weight and also makes them feel happier than a diet with less carbs but more meat and dairy products.
This study looked at 106 overweight or obese people aged 24 to 64 who followed one of two diets for a year: a low-fat, high-carb diet with bread, pasta and rice, or a low-carb, high-fat diet with more meat and dairy. These researchers found the dieters lost an average of 30 lbs each, with no significant difference in weight loss between the two groups.
But here was the big news...the dieters following the high-carb, low-fat diet were found to be less angry, hostile, depressed and confused than those eating more meat and dairy products after the year. I'm not so sure MY high carb diet is giving me happiness ... once I realize after consumption that my next stop is the Y elyptical.

BUT, at least I don't have anger issues at the moment. Not like Coach Whats-his-name.

Kinda makes you wonder about his diet, huh? Especially after Saturday.
